KEY BOX INSTRUCTIONS – PICK-UP

1 If After-Hours Pick-up is requested, you must pay the invoice in full before pick-up.

2 We will send you the invoice by email or text, your choice.

3 Open the invoice by clicking the link in the email or text and follow the payment instructions.

4 After you pay the invoice, we'll reach out to you by phone or text, your choice.

5 We will tell you which locker contains your key. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6.

6 We will give you a 4-digit combination to open the locker, usually the last four digits of your phone number.

7 The lockers are in a grey metal box attached to the wall on the front of the building on the far left side near the AAA sign.

8 Locate your locker number.

9 The numbers on the lock will be 0 0 0 0 (four zeros).

10 Adjust the numbers to your 4-digit combination.

11 Turn the black knob clockwise and pull it out towards you.

12 Retrieve your keys from inside the locker.

13 After you have your keys, close the lockbox door and turn the black knob counterclockwise to the locked position.
